Our Sustainability Efforts
Switch to Renewable Energy
Since 2013, in response to environmental calls, we have committed to switching to renewable energy by adopting solar power.
Over the next three years, we installed solar panels across the rooftops of our facilities, progressively replacing office electricity and part of our production power.
Our goal is to fully transition to solar energy by 2035, ensuring a greener, more sustainable future for our operations while significantly reducing our carbon footprint.
Recycling and Waste Reduction
During the sheet metal fabrication process, we take proactive steps to minimize waste.
First, we optimize the sheet metal drawings to reduce material waste. Additionally, leftover metal from cuts is repurposed into useful components and accessories.
Any remaining scrap is collected and recycled to reduce environmental impact.
For packaging, we aim to reduce excessive packaging and promote paperless office practices, further contributing to our sustainability efforts by encouraging recycling and reducing waste throughout our operations.
Sustainable Supply Chain
We prioritize working with raw material suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability and provide certified materials that meet our high environmental standards.
In addition, we collaborate closely with our suppliers to ensure that the transportation of materials also aligns with sustainable practices, such as reducing packaging and utilizing new energy vehicles to minimize potential pollution.
We also regularly visit supplier factories to monitor their adherence to our sustainability goals and ensure they are continuously improving their practices.
Employee Health and Safety
We continuously improve our work environment by regularly assessing risks, inspecting and maintaining machinery to minimize potential health hazards for our employees.
Detailed machine operation protocols are established, and new employees undergo thorough training to ensure they adhere to these guidelines.
To enhance safety awareness, we place clear safety signs in prominent areas across our facilities.
We also conduct regular training sessions to improve employees’ skills and safety consciousness, and every year, we arrange health check-ups to ensure the well-being of our team.
Corporate Volunteering and Donations
We encourage our employees to participate in volunteer services, contributing to the betterment of our community, including supporting orphanages, elderly homes, and schools.
