What is General box?
General box is made with Standard specification, combining with Lelangl’s patented parts.
It has never been so easy to install Protectice cover and door, also enables to adjust components in different postion and quantities.
Is the Non-standard not good?
Non-standard with rack-based structure contain electrical components in different heights.
This kind of old design makes it impossible to install a protective cover, not to say the wiring routing remains too complicated to improve its safety and versatility.
So far, most Non-standard enclosures with protective covers require customized internal design that is highly costy, time-consuming, and painstaking.
Moreover, huge waste happens since they’re unadjustable, both to the component position and the cover plate.
What is the mounting bracket?
Mounting bracket is a new patent accessory help to install the electric component into the box.
It allow you fix the component with the screw, totally change the installation style.
And the brackets are free to adjust any height and width – friendly to all sizes of components.
One box fits all, that’s what the mounting bracket design for.
What is the protective cover ? Why we need it?
It is a plate designed to cover the electrical components inside.
With the outcut on the protective cover , you can easy access the component without danger.
What is the bracket balancer
Bracket balancer: It works with flexible bracket, ensure each bracket is installed in same height level.
What is side rack lift-up?
Side rack lift-up: It can increase the height of the side rack to install the protective cover for the big component.
Dose the material used for mounting bracket will rust?
No.

What’s the MOQ of general box and the customized one?
We have general box in stock and can be shipped in 2-5days.
For the customized box, we need to check your drawing first then discuss the details with you.
Is there any special function of the hinge installation?
We will reserve hinge mounting holes on both sides of the box. Reversible hinge allows you to open the door from right or left side according to the actual installation situation.
What craftsmanship can I apply to my enclosures?
Laser cut: You can get the complex shapes according to your drawing with our laser cutting machine of Mitsubishi and Amada
CNC punch :Punch out various holes or Stripe according to your design with our CNC punch machine of Euroma/Amade
Mould punch: Punching and forming the sheet with designed mould. The guidest way of our standard box producing.
Is there a different solution to simplify the installation of mounting brackets? Now the beams we used for rail need to be adjusted with two brackets.
Yes, our new generation of brackets simplify the using of beams and we have 5 sizes as below:
①78mm；②92mm；③107mm；④122mm；⑤152mm which fit the most components of various brands.
Why there are so many holes on the side rack and stiffener? What do they use for?
It’s smart way to install different types of breaker/Switch/Meter or other electrical component.
What IP/NEMA rating can Lelang distribution boxes reach?
Our wall mount enclosure reaches NEMA4X and free standing for NEMA3S.
What are the materials of Lelang cabinets and accessories?
Box: cold rolled steel, stainless steel
Mounting plate: galvanized sheet
Mounting bracket: steel with galvanized coating
Nuts for ground wire: copper
Is there a standard thickness for the panel of the distribution box?
We divide the thickness of the panel into standard, upgrade version and customized one.
In order to achieve a certain level of anti-uv, anti-rust and anti-corrosion, what’s the standard thickness of the spraying coating?
Our powder spraying standard:
Cold-rolled sheet: standard thickness is 60~150μm, different parts of thickness is different
The surface of door panel, box, and special required parts shall be 70~150μm
Other accessories not less than 60μm
If the galvanized sheet need to be coated, the thickness of the coating shall be 60~150μm
The spraying coating is basically 60~80μm. If there is a supplementary spray, it may be sprayed to 120μm
The four different welding methods (manual welding, laser welding, auto-welding and butt welding) are more advantageous for which specifications, thickness or positions of the sheet?
Manual welding: argon arc welding is mainly used for welding big size, complex structure of the workpiece, suitable for small quantity production, is also the most commonly used welding method
Laser welding: The speed is 2-3 times compare to manual welding. It will be high welding accuracy, good weld forming, good welding effect for 1.0-1.5 thickness plate
Plasma-welding: Cold welding, accurate welding completion, smooth interface effect, suitable for mass production but limited to size
Butt welding: suitable for welding butt and stiffener
Water spray test, adhesion Test, impact test, bending test, salt spray test, coating test, what are the evaluation criteria for these tests?
Records will be made after a complete set of test have been done
What temperature and pressure range are Lelang distribution boxes suitable for?
What are the regular colors of Lelang distribution box? Is there any quantity limit or extra fee if I want to customize the color?
Standard color: RAL7035 textured paint
If you want to customize the color, it need to charge like 50us dollar.
Is Lelang’s bottom plate used three-section structure?
Yes, the three parts of the bottom plate can be switch each other to adjust the wire in or out.
